How do I register as an agent?
You will go to the home page of the www.ArizonaIVS.com website and click on Registration. On the registration page you will need to enter your producer license number (assigned by the DIFI) and your birthdate. You will then follow the prompts to set up your agent account.

What if I don’t know my producer license number?
You can search for the producer license number in the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) website or contact DIFI.
Q.
I’m an Agent. What is my user name?
The user name will be the producer license number issued by the DIFI that was used to register the account. The user name cannot be changed.
Q.
How can we correct/change the contact information for my account?
Log in to the www.ArizonaIVS.com website, click on Account Information, and change the contact information.
Q.
I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
You can reset your password by selecting the Forgot Password link located on the log in screen of the AZIVS website. After selecting this link you must provide the answer to the secret question. A temporary password will be sent to your email.
Q.
Should vehicles on comprehensive only polices be reported?
No, you should only include vehicles with active liability insurance.
Q.
What if a vehicle owner received an ADOT DMV insurance suspension notice and has insurance?
If the vehicle owner has insurance, they will need to contact their insurance company or agent. The insurance company or agent will then need to electronically transmit the insurance information using the ArizonaIVS website. The insurance company/agent will need the reference number included in the notice or vehicle VIN in order to submit the insurance information.

What if a vehicle owner received an ADOT DMV insurance suspension notice and the vehicle is stored or inoperable?
If the vehicle is not being driven on public roads, the customer can complete a De-Insured Certificate application at AZMVDNow.gov

What if a vehicle owner received an ADOT DMV insurance suspension notice and the customer’s vehicle has been sold?
If the customer no longer owns the vehicle, the customer can complete a sold notice at AZMVDNow.gov.
Q.
What happens if the vehicle owner does not respond to the ADOT DMV insurance suspension notice?
If the vehicle owner fails to comply with this notice by the date specified in the notice (15 days after incident date), the registration will be suspended and a $50 reinstatement fee will be required.

Where can the customer pay the reinstatement fee.
The customer can pay the reinstatement fee at AZMVDNow.gov
Q.
The insurance company/agent submitted insurance for the vehicle. However, the registration is still suspended.
The insurance policy effective begin date has to be prior to the prohibition (suspension) effective begin date.
To clear the suspension:
- The customer has to pay the $50 reinstatement fee at AZDMVNow.gov
OR
- Insurance that began before the suspension effective date has to be submitted by an insurance company or agent.
